Located in a classic building in Eixample Barcelonès, the intervened space had been the object of a radical reform in the 1970s that transformed it into an office, destroying all traces of its original design.

The commission consisted of recovering the use of the building as a living place. Since the starting point was a blank canvas, the choice was to create a modern interior space, better adapted to contemporary life, while recovering the original elements of the façade subject to heritage protection.

The project seeks fluidity and spatial functionality with special care in the management of both natural and artificial light. The use of color and materials responds to the desire to achieve a sober, elegant and luminous space.
